The bank wanted to connect customers with its specialist consultants, who can provide information relevant to their investments, in a more streamlined process. Effective information exchange and consulting services had to be customizable to individual subscriber focus and requirements across a virtual subscriber network. The end goal was to eliminate silos of information and frustration among customers with high expectations of online investment services in today’s dynamic financial markets.
Solution
Iteamic created a web-based information network that enabled the client's customers to access proprietary information that would inform their investment strategies and decisions. The application was developed using MVC architecture, J2EE standards and Microsoft SQL server 2005 as the backend database. The application interface and network configuration were aimed at creating a highly interactive network to facilitate real-time customer - consultant meetings in a timely and cost-effective manner. Subscribers to the information network gained access to customized research and information geared to their subscriber preferences, including the ability to design their own surveys and get responses from a selected group. The network had to be integrated with the bank’s existing CRM application and conferencing facilities.

A secure and exhaustive database of experts, with the ability to match experts to their research requirements, is available right away.
