Known as 'Kote' in the industry, he has earned a reputation of leadership, integrity and commitment to Iteamic's success, and as a trusted advisor to its clients.
Primarily responsible to ensure that everyone is aligned with Iteamic's mission and vision, Kote provides strategic direction to the team. Kote has led the growth and evolution of Iteamic with a clear vision guided by Iteamic´s corporate values. Under his leadership, Iteamic has met and exceeded its milestones for workforce development, service excellence, client satisfaction and financial growth.
Prior to founding Iteamic, Kote served as a successful co-promoter for a professional IT services organization leading more that 200 people, focused on the Financial Services sector. As a key member of the senior management team, Kote directed multiple large-scale projects for Fortune 500 clients.
Kote was awarded a B.E. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Mysore, Karnataka, India, and has completed professional coursework in professional services leadership at Harvard Business School.
